Return & Refund Policy

At Zavelier Parfums, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items are handled.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

You may cancel an order or change the shipping address as long as it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified and any request will be treated as a return under the terms below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Your item must be shipped back to us within this 30-day window. Returns requested or shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.

Sealed & Unused Products

Sealed, unused products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method, less a flat $10 return shipping fee.

Opened or Used Products

We understand a fragrance may not suit you once you try it. Opened or lightly used bottles (a few sprays) may be returned subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee plus the $10 return shipping fee. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee is reduced to 5%. Bottles showing use beyond a few sprays may be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the remaining volume, or may be refused.

Final Sale Items

Samples, decants, minis and travel sizes, gift sets that have been opened, candles, body wash, lotion, and any item marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions. The return shipping fee and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return labels expire 7–10 business days after they are issued, so please ship your return promptly. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please pack items securely in their original packaging. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit; we recommend keeping your drop-off receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase under the terms above and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To process a damage claim we require clear photos of the outer shipping box, the shipping label, the packing materials, and the damaged product from multiple angles. Claims are reviewed for accuracy, and fraudulent claims will result in the order being refused and the account being blocked from future purchases.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, a flat $10 fee will be charged to either reship the order or process a refund.
