Zavelier · The perfumers
Independent composition, built around color and balance
Vanina Muracciole studied chemistry and trained at ISIPCA before developing her career in Milan and Grasse. Her experience included Mane and work with Thomas Fontaine at Jean Patou. She became an independent perfumer in 2012, creating for houses such as Jovoy, Jeroboam, Le Galion and Lubin.
Her collaboration with François Hénin led to Jeroboam, launched in 2015. Its concentrated fragrances grew from an exploration of musk, with Origino establishing an important foundation for the collection. L’Art de la Guerre for Jovoy marks another significant point in her independent work.
Muracciole describes color as an essential part of her creative thinking: an image or atmosphere can suggest materials before the formula takes shape. Memories of Corsican landscapes, cooking and family life provide further starting points. In a 2026 interview, she emphasized balance and a lasting creative vision, with trends forming part of the context rather than determining the fragrance.
