Scientific training and a collaborative creative practice

Andrew Everett trained at ISIPCA before completing IFF’s three-year internal perfumery programme. In an alumni account published by ISIPCA, he describes his work as a fine-fragrance perfumer in New York and explains how formal study continues into practical experience within a fragrance house.

His account divides creation into linked stages: developing ideas, composing and evaluating.
